This Classic 56 has had the same owner for the last 20 years. She has had lots of Love but ready for a New owner. The Interior and Exterior is in great shape and standing tall. It has a fully air conditioned aft deck making this space Usable year round. Great for Cruising, Entertaining, or Week End getaways.
The spacious flybridge is a great area to pilot the boat from, or entertain your guests. There are two pilot seats at the helm and large L shaped bench seat aft which will seat seven. All seating has the black and grey Sunbrella fabrics. The upper helm has a full set of engine gauges, VHF radio, Garmin 2010C chart plotter, Datamarine depth and speed logs, and hynautic controls. There is storage below the control console. The Buell air horns are mounted to port forward. The radar arch has an additional twin mast on top for two radar scanners. A new Wineguard dish TV antenna is mounted on the arch and a bimini stretches forward of the arch. All the way aft on the bridge level is a 13 foot Whaler and Marquipt davit.
The open lower helm has great visibility with three large windows. It has a Garmin 2010C chart plotter, Ritchie 7’’ compass with a stainless steel dome, Ray Jefferson VHF, Glendenning engine synchronizer, full set of gauges, and Hatteras systems monitor. There is a console type bench seat with white upholstering, and chart and storage drawers below. There is also AV equipment storage in the seating console. The flooring is an off-white synthetic material
The Salon is incredibly open and spacious with large windows providing a view in all directions. The rich teak walls and trim work in the salon are in Excellent shape. To port is a nice upholstered white couch with a cocktail table and two lamps to either side. To starboard are two decorative chairs. All the windows have thin blinds as well as Roman Shades. The windows also have a light tint to keep the UV and heat out. The carpeting is off white and there are protective runners for the carpeting.
The full beam Aft deck of the boat is a favorite spot for entertaining or just hanging out. An air conditioning unit has been added so this space is usable year round. This area has high end Lloyd Flanders wicker furniture with tan cushions. There are two love seats with a table and additional chairs with an ottoman. The interior of the aft deck area has been repainted, so everything looks fresh and new. There are wing doors to port and starboard which can be opened in nice weather. To port and starboard are large sliding windows which can also be opened. They have interior texoline covers when sun blockage is desired. The back of the aft deck has isinglass with three U zippers and interior texoline covers to block out sun but let natural light in. To port is a wet bar with a sink and bottle storage, a 42’’ tv is on top of the wet bar. The flooring material is carpeting and there are also additional power outlets install around the aft deck.
A stairway leads down to the accommodating Galley. To starboard is a dinette which will seat four at a Granite table. To port is another Granite counter with a stainless steel sink. The galley had a Modern Maid cooktop & Cooktop, Bosch dishwasher, Amana microwave oven, Whirlpool trash compactor, and Whirlpool refrigerator. Flooring is Off White synthetic.
Steps lead aft from the Galley to the lower aft staterooms. Going back to starboard is the washer and dryer with several storage compartments, then a linen closet. Next is the Mid stateroom Head which features a stand up shower with a seat. The bathroom is wall papered. A New Raritan head replaced the old style Galley Maid Head. The counter has a sink and basin with storage below and a two door mirrored medicine cabinet above. The shower mixing valves have mixing valve has just been replaced with new. To port is the mid stateroom with two single beds. There are four drawers under each bed. A nightstand between the beds has additional storage below. Overhead is a cabinet with even more storage. There is a closet with a 20’’ tv mounted to the closet.
The full beam master stateroom features a full Queen bed with a full make up table to starboard. To port is a countertop with 6 drawers below and a Led TV above. Forward of that is a large closet. To starboard are two more storage drawers. The room has four port holes and two escape hatches which let in natural sunlight. Roman shades cover all the portholes when privacy is needed. Forward to starboard is the Master bathroom. It has a New Raritan head which replaced the Galley maid head. It features a full tub/shower, stone counter and sink, medicine cabinet, and storage. There is a porthole for light and ventilation.
The forward stateroom has over and under bunks to starboard. To port is a counter with two drawers beneath and a 20’’ flatscreen above. There is a large escape hatch over head and portholes for light and ventilation. There is a nice sized closet as well. The in suite head is to port with a full stank up shower with seat, counter with sink and storage beneath. It has a mirrored medicine cabinet above.
Engine rooms, The port and starboard engine rooms house the Detroit 8V92 engines with 1393 recorded hours. The starboard engine room has a New water heater and Newer batteries. There are dual Racors, a Lamarche 32 volt battery charger, and Glendinning engine synchronizer as well. The port engine room has the air compressor, New freshwater pump, twin Racors, Oil change pump, and Hynautic steering and control resovoirs.
The generator room houses a Kohler 20 kw generator with 1857 hours and a Newer Phasor 15kw generator with less than 200 hours. Both units are in sound enclosure boxes and have external racor fuel filters. There are six air conditioning unit in this area and also two isolation transformers. The boats spare propellers and a stub shaft are stored here as well.
The exterior of the yacht has a great finish. All the window frames are painted and without blisters. The handrails have been painted with Imron for ease of maintenance. There is a built in bench forward with storge below the bench. Two deck boxes are forward to port and starboard. The bow pulpit has a Galley Maid windlass and anchor. There are four Marquipt fender holders with four fenders. There is a Marquipt hangin ladder as well as a 6, and 7 step tide ladders. The boats windshield has a texoline cover.
Exclusions some artwork including metal artwork on back of lower helm console, wave and dolphin art in salon, metal artwork in mid stateroom, and some artwork in master stateroom.
