A premium quality custom yacht through all facets of conception, design, construction and restoration; from the board of acclaimed naval architect Ron Holland and the celebrated McGaffins yard in New Zealand. Built to the highest standards to be a blue water passage maker with plenty of pace, simplicity of use, with a spacious, innovative deck arrangement and luxurious comfort below, and no compromise on costings. She is blue-ribbon standard throughout.
Four Seasons IV is pocket Maxi with 3 double cabins ( 2 with ensuite and 1 with adjacent bath room ), 1 guest bunk room and crew accommodation for 2.
Refitted completely between 2017 to 2019 by Ringle Marine in Myanmar, overseen by Andy Dovell and associates, featuring a new aged teak deck (15 mm), a gourmet standard galley, iced water air conditioning, advanced refrigeration systems and an chilled water (natural and effervescent) drinking tap. Spacious dining/entertainment areas on deck and in the salon.
Lewmar hydraulic winches power the main sail and furler and the genoa (both sails new Doyles Statis composite), and Navtec hydraulics tune the backstays.
Equally comfortable stern to in any Mediterranean harbour or voyaging to a remote Sth Pacific atoll, Four Seasons provides comfort for a relaxing coastal cruise or a unique capacity for complete independence - this typified by her adventures during her post refit delivery from Asia to the Mediterranean in 2020. Caught offshore when the world's ports closed due to the Covid pandemic, Four Season's stayed at sea in the Indian Ocean, Red Sea, and Mediterranean for 4 months with a crew of 5 in complete safety and comfort.

Four Seasons IV is well remebered as the Radio Relay Vessel for the Sydney to Hobart Race in the 90s.

Accommodation
Accommodation: Traditional wooden yacht interior. Original 4-cabin lay-out, modified to 5-cabin lay-out during 2017-2019 refit. Plans by Naval Architect Andrew Dovell (Australia). Traditional style cabins. Well-appointed with adequate storage spaces provided, good quality mattresses and bedding. Four (4) bathrooms well-appointed with marine toilets, washbasins and shower stalls. One (1) day head SB aft. All except one marine toilet electric flush.
Main Saloon: 12V Axis LED TV, fully equipped nav-com station starboard side, includes system monitoring gauges and electrical switch panels.
Galley: In the saloon, starboard side aft. Well-appointed with adequate storage cupboards.
OceanChef 3 burner stove and oven new 2019, suction hood.
Water Heater: Vetus Twin Coil Marine 50L calorifier. Input from 230V or main engine cooling system.
Refrigeration: 2 x built in holding plate refrigerator/freezer powered by main engine driven or 230V compressor.
1x drinks fridge. 1x Zip HydroTap chilled (sparkling) water dispenser.
Water maker: Echotec 24Volt / 40 L per hour.
Airconditioning: Frigomar chilled water system. New 2019.

Rig and Rigging:
Cutter rigged sloop with removable soft inner stay, aluminium mast and boom.
NavTec hydraulic tensioning system for backstays, inner forestay and boom vang, single carbon fibre spinnaker pole, 24V electric headsail Furler, hydraulic in-mast mainsail Furler.
During 2019 refit the mast and rigging were removed by Australian rigging experts for visual and X-ray testing.
Worn or damaged items were replaced where required.
