Mystic carries a large interior volume for a 31 foot boat, her 6' 3" headroom contributes to the large volume and she is able to sleep 7 people comfortably as the starboard settee slides out into a double berth and the port settee makes for a nice single berth.  The forward cabin has a large V Berth and aft of the Nav Station is another twin berth. There is a well laid out Head with Par Manual Head and sink with shower. You also have a cockpit shower which is cold water only.

The Galley has a two burner cooktop with oven supplied with LPG from the tank in the port cockpit Locker. Refrigeration is provided by a Dometic air cooled system.

There is a single air conditioner onboard reported to be 12,000 BTU's, currently the unit powers up and the fan operates but the unit does not cool. There is adequate natural ventilation throughout the boat with opening hatches and portlights.

The 135% Genoa is new in the last year and the Main is thought to be original but in serviceable condition.  In early 2021 a complete rig inspection was performed and all necessary Standing rigging, including turnbuckles and stem fittings were replaced.  The majority of the Running rigging was replaced as well. Receipts are available for this work.

Mystic is equipped with a Garmin GPSMap 4208 multifunction display including chart plotter, depth and speed. New in the last year is a Raymarine Wind Instrument and Raymarine Auto Pilot.

At the Nav Staion is an ICOM IC-M45 VHF and a JVC Model KD-R200 Stereo.

At the Nav Station you have a nicely populated D.C. electrical panel including the 4 Position Battery selector switch along with the A.C. electrical panel.  The Engine hour meter is reported to be inoperative.  In August 2020 it was reported to have 610 hours but this can not be confirmed.

There is an inflatable Dinghy with oars but no motor.  There are fixed dinghy davits at the transom.  Mystic comes with two solar panels and an MPPT controller.
