This Hatteras started off as a 70 Motoryacht. Sometime in the late 90's she had a 10' cockpit extension added to her overall length. She has since seen a lot of travel, use and care. Aboard her are full drawings (including the cockpit), many receipts and records. The only reason she is not still on the move is her owner passed away while planning her next adventure. She has had the same Captain through the last two owners, who also has become ill and therefore cannot care for her. • These are Items that I know of, this is in no way all the items that my or may not be found at survey.
• Garmin Radars: 4' Aray shows in system but does not respond to controls. 6' Aray does not show up in system. Pedestals can be returned to Garmin for repair at $1,750 each.
• Garmin Cameras: Only 3 or 4 cameras show up in system. There are 6 or 8 aboard.
• Sump Pump for Master and Captain's Head does not work.
• Horn is inoperable.
• Life Raft is out of inspection.
• Engine Room Fire Suppression is out of inspection. CO2
• The 2 forward Guest Heads are inoperable. Galley Maid Heads. Can be rebuilt for $1100 each and a $400 core charge.
• Rudder Packing Glands leak when operated. Need Service.
• Starboard Racor Filter has a clock. Needs to be rebuild.
• Transmission Oil Temperature Gauges are non-operational
• AC System Water Pumps are non-operational. Estimate to rebuild electrical motor and pump end $700 each. There are 2.
• Aft Fuel Tank in Cockpit has leak. Best course of action is to remove it. Vessels main tanks are 1500 plus gallons and are ok.
• Wall Paper in Salon has bad place. New roll of paper on board.
• Westerbeake Generator runs but does not pull fuel to unit.
• Bilge Pumps in Cockpit non-operational. 2 each Rule 1500 gph, 24 volt.
• One cable end on manual controls needs replacement. Part onboard.
• Dingy has slow leak, lasts 24-48 hours. It is usable.
• Jet Ski turns over but does not crack. New battery, fuel and stabilizer)
