Interior walkthrough

Coming down the (4) steps companionway, the U shape galley is to port and across from it on the starboard is the navigation  table with instruments and the main electric panel. Aaft the navigation table is a single quarter berth. Continuing forward is  the salon with a long straight settee on each side and a drop-leaf table in the center. Table can drop down and turn to a double  berth. Forward to port is the head. The head door doubles as the V-berth door too when the  head is open. Across from the head is a hanging locker and at the bow a V-berth with an access to the chain-locker.  

Accommodations: (6) sleeping places: Double in V-berth, salon table drops to form another double in the salon, single  bunk on starboard side settee in the salon and a single quarter berth on starboard side abaft the navigation table.  Heads: On port side between salon and V-berth. 

Cabin Bright Work, Headliners ,Joinery & Finish: All teak wood, low wear & tear for a 31-year-old boat.  
Cabin Sole: Teak & Holy, average wear & tear. 

Galley

  • Sinks: Double stainless-steel deep sinks. 
  • Refrigeration: “Technautics” 12 VDC. Compressor is located on the left side of the sink under the trash bin. 
  • Stove/Oven:  “Force 10” (2) flames LPG gimbled stove with oven. 
  • Accessories: Dishes. No cutleries nor pots & pans.  
  • LPG System: Propane.  System has (2) aluminum tanks, a regulator, a pressure gauge and an electric solenoid – all in good condition.  
  • Shut-Offs: A solenoid control panel is next to companionway steps on the galley side. A remote switch is on the main  electric-board.

Mechanical

  • Prop. Shaft : The FRP shaft log comes out from an FRP extension of the keel that connects the keel with the  rudder skeg. Approx. 1” between the end of the shaft log and the propeller. No strut needed. 
  • Fuel Tanks: Single tank, aluminum.  
  • Fresh Water System Storage Tanks: FRP hull integrated (3) tanks: (2) X 35 G. and (1) X 15 G. Total of 85 G. 
  • Accumulator Tank: “Jabsco” 1 liter model 12573 – 2000.  
  • Pumps: “Shurflo” model 220-213-34. Operable.  
  • Sanitation System: Single “Groco” manual head.
  • Shower Drain Pumps: “Jabsco – PAR” model 37202 – 0000.
  • Sump: Water are discharged directly from the shower drain over-board. 
  • AC: “Mermaid Marine Air”, single unit located in the V-berth hanging locker, 5,200 BTU capacity.

Deck and hull

  • Deck Material: FG and molded nonskid pattern. Good condition.  
  • Exterior Hull: Off-white gelcoat with a wood rubrail along both sides of the hull.  
  • Portlights: Total of (9) bronze portlights
  • Transom: Canoe shape.  
  • Bilge: Round bilge with a deeper section at midship.  
  • Stanchions: 1” diameter stainless-steel tubes, 30” above deck. 
  • Bow Pulpit: Double 1” diameter stainless-steel tubes, 30” high. 
  • Windlass: Mounted on a solid block of wood, thru-bolted and with bedding compound. 
  • Anchor Platform: Stainless-steel, double roller assembly for (2) anchors. Thru-bolted and with bedding compound.  
  • Hawse pipes: All (3) anchor-chains (two bow and single stern) have a bronze hawse pipe. (2) with a lid to prevent  water leaking inside. Main anchor hawse pipe is angled at 90 degrees for the same reason.  
  • Grab Rail: Wooden grab-rails are mounted on coach-roof. 
  • Toe Rails: FG
  • Ventilation: (2) bronze Dorade vents on forward deck.  Also, (2) forward opening dark tinted top  hatches sized to be an escape hatch in a case of emergency. 
  • Cleats: (2) 12” bronze bow mooring cleats, (2) 10” bronze stern mooring cleats and (2) bronze midship cleats.   
  • Pushpit: Double 1” diameter stainless-steel tubes, 30” high. Solid, adequate. Good condition.  
  • Outboard davit: Manual “Forespar” with folding boom. 
  • Blocks: Blocks are attached to the mast step on deck to lead the lines through fair leads to the cockpit.   
  • Scuppers: A deck scupper on each side and (2) cockpit scuppers. 
  • Chocks: Bronze chocks for aft cleats and Panama Chocks integrated in the bulwark for bow cleats.  
  • Condition of Bottom Paint: In general good condition. 
  • Windlass: Vertical shaft “Muir” with chain gypsy and a rope drum. UP/DOWN push buttons are deck mounted.
  • Main anchor - CQR  35 lbs.  80’ of 3/8” galvanized steel & 200’ of 5/8” Nylon rope
  • Secondary - Bruce 22 lbs. 50’ of 5/16” galvanized steel & 150’ of Nylon rope
  • Stern anchor - Danforth 18 lbs. Approx. 20’ of chain Approx. 100’ Nylon rope
  • Dinghy: 3 person 8ft inflatable dinghy and 2 stroke outboard engine
  • Accessories: Boat-hook, (4) fenders, mooring lines, 9’ West Marine roll-up inflatable dinghy, outboard engine mount.

Sails and rigging

  • Steering: Mechanical, quadrant and cables, single station in aft cockpit.  
  • Emergency Tiller: Stored in the shallow port side cockpit locker. Stainless-steel tiller. 
  • Type of rig: Masthead sloop.
  • Sails: Main sail, partially battened, in good condition 
    Head sail 115% Genoa, Doyle, in good condition  
    Head sail #2 130% Genoa, in good condition 
    Asymmetric Spinnaker, in a sock, like new.  
  • Standing rigging: Aluminum spars with stainless-steel 1X19 wire.  All standing rigging cables replaced by “Dawn Rigging” in La Paz, BCS in Nov. 2020. Chain plates, toggles and  turn buckles were checked but not replaced.  
  • Spreaders: One set of straight angle spreaders. Chainplates: Stainless-steel external.
  • Mast step: Step on deck.
  • Sizes: Back stay, both shrouds, all (4) lower shrouds are ¼”. Forestay is 5/16”. Adequate based on the specs written  in the “Pacific Seacraft Crealock 34” manual book. 
  • Furling system: “Harken”. 
  • Boom vang: Block & Tackle. No rigid vang.  
  • Running rigging: All running rigging is in fair to good condition. 

Safety

  • PFD’s: Type I (2) and Type III (1) 
  • Fire Extinguishers: Extinguisher type B:C size 1 – (2) USCG approved.  
  • Visual Distress Signals: (3) Handheld flares expired on Feb. 2009 and Distress flag. 
  • Navigation Lights: Operable.  
  • Search Light: Yes  
  • Man Overboard System:  “Life-Sling 2”.  
  • Bilge pumps: (1) Rule 2000 Electrical, submersible and (1) Manual
