This vessel is a steel hull project that has been sitting out of water for three years outside in the elements. IT IS CURRENTLY NOT SEAWORTHY. It has not been maintained and has deteriorated severely. Engines, generators, and everything else have not been maintained, checked or looked after in any way. Please see pictures and videos. It is being sold as-is, where is!! There is no audio gauge or survey available!
She had many updates in 20/21.. , but has been sitting for a few years and will need restoration. Great value in a vessel of this size, and could be brought back to her glory! Contact listing agent for further details!
She needs metal and welding work, headliners, electrical gone through, as well as replace lots of rotten wood from leaks. She has normal bubbling on steel vessels, as well as rust.
Built by Astillero Jorge R Chediek of Argentina in 1991, she has a steel hull and superstructure.
She features accommodations for 10 owners and guests. There are two almost identical masters with office, separated by a day head, with their own entrance from the salon. Forward of the lower helm, and with their own entrance, there are also two mid staterooms with twin beds and a forward stateroom with bunks, all with en-suite heads/showers/tubs. There are unfinished crew quarters aft as well, with new steel beams, new steel bottom sections and recently painted.
She is powered by twin 1375hp MTU engines which reportedly enable her to cruise at 10 knots, and twin Generators.
Some of the work/improvements done to her are as follows:
-She had a full bottom job in 2020.
-Rudders removed and inspected, props removed and reconditioned(2020).
-Shafts removed and reconditioned, cutlass bearings renewed(2020).
-Stabilizers serviced, bottom painted and prop speed applied(2020).
-Crew quarters removed and new steel plates welded on bottom(2020).
-ANG electrical shore power converter installed, as well as new shore power cord and installation.....further electrical needed(2021).
Engines and generators had services done in 2019 and again in 2020, to include oil/filter services to mains, gens and transmissions, new injectors, impellers, heads checked, cooling systems to include bundles, starters, pumps, and fuel rack.
-All fuel/water/waste tanks were pumped and cleaned(2020)
-Custom made port/starboard steel side entry doors installed(2020)
-All fire/safety equipment to include fire extinguishers, two 10 man liferafts, vests, flotation devices, and epirb were replaced(2020).
New drains made and plumbed for drainage on flybridge (2020).
New gaskets on port/starboard/aft doors (2020)
She has teak interior and salon with separate dining room, as well as forward galley with dinette. Extensive wood work needed in pilothouse as well as companion way, dining, galley and forward staterooms/heads.

Accommodations
Vessel features a 5 Stateroom layout with accommodations on the Lower Deck. The Master and VIP Staterooms are
located aft, both with offices and full baths including jacuzzi tubs. The 2 Guest Cabins forward port & starboard each have
double and single berths and private bath. The Guest Cabin all the way forward has a full size bunk and upper single, also
with private bath. There are 2 single crew berths all the way aft.
The Saloon on the Main Deck features comfortable sofas upholstered in light colored fabrics, as well as a Bar, day head and full entertainment system with Plasma TV. Forward up steps is the large Wheelhouse. Forward of the Wheelhouse is
the formal Dining Salon which accommodates 10-12, accessed by companionway on the starboard side from the Main
Saloon. All the way forward is the full service Galley with dinette.
The Saloon opens onto the Aft Deck with sliding glass doors and has comfortable deck chairs and tables. There are stairs
port and starboard leading down to the integral swim platform.
The Upper Deck includes a Flybridge helm station forward with bimini and wet bar, and aft a large Sun Deck area
with sofas and tables. Jetski is stowed to port, and dinghy crane located starboard, with Boston Whaler tender stowed aft.
