QINGMEI is a clean and well maintained example of this popular model. She's enjoyed light seasonal use in Maine waters and includes some recent upgrades including dinghy davits, sails, Raymarine chartplotter & radar, and a new windlass. The interior accommodates up to 7 with two private staterooms and shows nearly like new. The in-mast furling and roller-furling jib make this an easy boat to manage and sail short handed. The 331 offers a nicely appointed teak interior with two staterooms and one head. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 7 if you include the main saloon. Four opening hatches and several opening ports let in plenty of light and air. Most 12-volt cabin lighting has been switched to LED. The interior shows well and the woodwork is in excellent condition.
Layout starting forward:
The FORWARD STATEROOM features a large V-berth with overhead shelving port & starboard. There is a hanging locker to port, and a sliding door offers privacy. The water tank is beneath the berth.
The MAIN SALOON features a C-shaped dinette to starboard. The dining table drops down to form a double berth. Outboard is a shelf and two lockers. To port is a settee with storage under and behind. Outboard is a shelf with one locker forward and the NAV STATION aft.
The GALLEY is aft to port and the HEAD is aft to starboard.
The MASTER STATEROOM is aft to starboard and features a king sized berth. There is a hanging locker just forward and engine access in the cabin.
