Kormoran 1260 from the renowned Kuhnle Werft – a one-of-a-kind vessel with many after-market extras.

This boat was built in Holland as the predecessor to the popular Kormoran 1280 and was later retrofitted with many extras in Germany.


The “Löcknitz” was used by her private owner as an excursion vessel for sightseeing and sundowner cruises in and around Berlin, always with a skipper. The vessel is part of the so-called “Bunte Flotte”, an association of small excursion boats. The license is currently valid and can be renewed if desired. No overnight stays and especially no bareboat charters were offered on board.  
Up to 12 people could be served and enjoy relaxing hours on the water on the 20 square meter upper deck, usually piloted by the owner himself through Berlin.

With its 6 berths, the vessel is suitable for larger families, couples with friends who enjoy longer stays on board, or for those wishing to live aboard as an alternative to a houseboat. As a robust steel displacement yacht, it can remain in the water all year round. It is equipped with a powerful diesel heater as well as air conditioning for the sleeping area. The Löcknitz was hauled out every winter. The boat will be handed over with new antifouling and a newly preserved wood treatment. The teak on the freeboard is in good condition; the teak on the upper deck has been replaced with Flexiteak. All technical systems function perfectly.
