Built in 2007 and refit in 2018 and 2021 with over $400,000 spent in 2021 alone, “Magical Days” is an extraordinary tri-deck yacht. The volume on board this 87’ motoryacht compares to that of a typical 100-foot yacht. With all of the additional volume, she offers amenities usually found on much larger boats. Her 4-stateroom, 5-head layout also offers space for 2 crew members, a main salon and skylounge, walk-in chef’s pantry, hot tub, and numerous options for al fresco dining, sun bathing, or simply enjoying the view.
From a captain’s perspective, “Magical Days” is an exceptionally user-friendly yacht. Her keel is lead filled, providing increased stability at anchor. Additionally, the keel extends below the props, providing for peace-of-mind when transiting shallow waters, like those of the Bahamas. Mechanically speaking, her MTU Engines have benefitted from an overhaul in 2021, and have logged just 200 hours since. All other systems onboard have been similarly maintained with an open checkbook.
Notable Features:
Massive volume for a yacht of her size (122 Gross Tons)
Four (4) ensuite staterooms with the ability to sleep 10
Large galley with ample refrigerator space and walk in pantry
Bow hot tub with 270 degree views
Redundant generators (never has the captain had to run both at the same time)
Load shedding power management
Seamless generator to shore power transition
Day head in the sky lounge
Redundant hydraulic PTOs from both main engine gearboxes to power windless, thrusters, and stabilizers
Trailing pumps on both transmissions, allowing for long range travel on one motor to increase fuel efficiency by 30-35%
When boarding MAGICAL DAYS you have options; either from midship, Aft Deck boarding gates or the oversized swim platform with molded stairs to Aft Deck.
The Aft Deck onboard “Magical Days” offers an ideal area to receive guests. The space features a large teak table with room for up to 10 people to enjoy alfresco dining. In addition, a convenient wet bar with both a sink and undercounter refrigerator is located to port of the sliding glass stainless steel doors. The aft deck also features both port and starboard wing stations from which the captain can easily dock the boat.
