The 530 Ferretti offers a big boat ride in a smaller manageable yacht. It is low maintenance and high performance and perfectly suited for the owner operator. This is a yacht that has one of the best rides and quietest, most luxurious interiors of any yacht builder in the world. You can compare it to any other builder on the same conditions on the same day and you walk away with the Ferretti. Norberto and Alessandro Ferretti founded the company in 1968 and always stressed sea keeping ability and flawless designs only the Italians can do. With light modern interior and the ability to open the salon to the aft deck makes this yacht perfect for family entertaining. The KAOYA II has been owned by the same family for a very long time and they are only the second owner. Do not miss this oppertunity in this very limited market.

Moving up one step into the salon is a L-shaped leather sofa to port and additional sofa on the starboard side facing center. Between the two, (on the L-shaped side), is a Hi-Lo table that is very quickly converted into a dining table with wings that fold up or down depending on the need.
Forward of the sofa is a lower helm station with seating and to starboard and on the port is storage.
Access to the lower area is through a center stairwell from the salon to the lower landing. Moving forward to starboard is the guest state room with twin berths. Across from the hall is the guest head and shower that is for this state room and the forward of this is the VIP Queen which is forward in the bow.
As you come back to the aft it opens into the full beam master suite with hillside windows, queen bed, reclining sofa, drawers, closet and ensuite head and shower.
The yacht has full walk around decks with nice large stainless steel handrails and on the foredeck a very large sun pad. This makes moving about the boat safe and easy.

Behind the helm station is a wrap around some seat and table for 6 all covered by a retractable Bimini top so you can choose sun or shade.
