2013 Leopard 48 | Hello World
Priced to sell fast by a motivated vendor, Hello World is packed with upgrades and extras and fully equipped for bluewater cruising.
The current owners bought her in 2018 and conducted a full refit in Marseille before sailing with their children from The Mediterranean, across the Atlantic to the Caribbean through the Panama Canal to French Polynesia and the South Pacific.
The upgraded 54Hp Yanmar diesel engines provide plenty of power when motoring, but the real joy with a Leopard 48 is discovering how well she sails.
The addition of a generous 1720w of solar, a new mainsail and genoa and suite of Raymarine cruising electronics in 2019, all new batteries in 2021, a new Raymarine autopilot in 2022 and new windlass in 2023 mean she’s capable of long, self-sufficient voyages.
Other features include air-conditioning throughout, a Schenker 100L/h 12v watermaker, a dishwasher and washing machine. Set up for adventure, equipment includes a Bauer dive compressor, a scuba scooter and SUP.
This five-cabin, four-bathroom catamaran boasts a variety of generous spaces inside and out for living and entertaining family and friends in style. The drop-down saloon converts to a bed for even more accommodation.
The spacious open plan saloon and fully-equipped galley has fantastic views with easy access to the huge cockpit ideal for alfresco dining. A delightful feature of the Leopard 48 is that it boasts a covered forward cockpit as well.
Anti-fouled and surveyed in and out of water in September 2024, Hello World is ready to set sail.
