Layout
Outside you will find a forward cockpit with seating and two tables with a heavy watertight access door from the saloon. The large rear outside cockpit has enormous space for up to 12 people, an additional exterior refrigerator, and a large table. From here several steps lead up to the helm station from where you control all sails with several winches, partially electric.
An electrically operated davit holds a 12 ft Dinghy with a 25 hp Yanmar Outboard. And when in the Marina, a hydraulically-operated, 3-segment Gangway with handheld leads you to the quay, remotely-controlled pulling back to disconnect the boat from land when you are away.
Inside you have a large central saloon with galley, seating and a table for 8 people, navigation table and electric control panel and a 360° round-view with large panorama windows. Steps lead down to the port hull with two double-cabins with bathroom each, plus a 1-person front / bow - cabin connected to the forward double-cabin (the bow cabin is good for a child when a family uses the double-cabin, or for a single person with access from outside).
starboard hull: the starboard hull has been redesigned from the regular 2 cabin/ 2 head layout. One of the two bathrooms has been removed and an additional saloon been added, with a table and a swinging leather seat, for some individual working or relaxing space. The owner has kept the two double-cabins because a couple might be happy to have each an individual bedroom. A large sliding door separates the right hull from the main saloon, giving full privacy. The starboard hull has also a front/bow cabin, accessible from outside.
