The Sunreef 60 Loft is a performance-oriented catamaran with accommodation for six guests in three beautifully appointed cabins.
The heritage of the shipyard's long experience in building and designing luxury, custom-made yachts inspired the Sunreef 60 Loft's concept. She was created to respond to a growing demand for yachts with a comfortable layout and optimized specification.
Many recent additions were implemented, including a new Bauer Junior dive compressor and full KVH satellite communication systems.
She is ready-to-sail and looking for a new owner.
The main deck has a spacious saloon with a dining and leisure area ideally arranged to achieve the maximum living space. In the saloon is a large interior navigation station. Combined with the cockpit on the same level, the saloon allows for an incredibly large space capable of hosting all the 8 guests in the most comfortable conditions. For the Owner`s wish, a fully equipped galley was located in the portside hull next to the guest cabin and one VIP Cabin. An exclusive Master suite and second VIP cabin were located in the starboard hull. Crew`s lodgings accessible from the wet deck were fitted in the forepeaks.
The yacht features a flybridge equipped with a stainless steel bimini with composite hardtop, dining area and solar panels. The wet deck has four outdoor entertainment sun pads and tender placed on the aft cockpit. Marlow provides high quality Hi-Fi systems both outside (waterproof speakers) and indoor (speakers, subwoofer, bluray, pop up TV with terrestrial and satellite antenna).
Rigging and deck gear includes: fully battened square Dacron main sail easily and efficiently handled thanks to a Park boom, all sails (genoa, gennaker, solent) equipped with furlers, 2 electric winches.
The yacht comes equipped with twin Yanmar 4JH4-110hp engines, driven with direct F51 steel shafts and 3 bladed folding propellors.
Twin fuel tanks of 900 litres each give the yacht a fantastic range under power, and is complete with a fuel transfer pump and Racor fuel filters. Both engine rooms are easily accessible with a ladder, have LED lights and are equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system.
The electric system is AC-230V 50Hz 1PH: main switchboard with panel extension (semi-automatic change over shore-generators), 2 chargers (24V/100A), inverter (24V/5000W 230VAC 50Hz), 3 x Sockets (230V) in cabins, saloon and galley, 2 shore power inlet (50A), Shore power cord DC-24V: Main switchboard, battery monitor, 8AGM house batteries (24V/800Ah), starting batteries, DC dixtribution, wiring (special marine quality) The DC-24V: Main switchboard, battery monitor, 8AGM house batteries (24V/800Ah), starting batteries, DC distribution, wiring (special marine quality). There is a Domolic system for lights, controls, DC system, incl. dimmers for ceiling lights.
The yacht is equipped with a Generator 19kW 230V 50Hz. Generator running hours: TBC. 2 alternators 24V/110A. All Interior lighs with LED lamps. Exterior lighting (LEDs, deck search light, lights on flybridge). There is a Rotating deck search-light and 4x Underwater light LED (blue) in aft area.
Both at the large chart table in the salon and on the flybridge you will find the navigational equipment. The yacht is equipped with compass at both pedestals, Chronometer and barometer. Electrical navigational equipment is Raymarine gS-series, 2 pcs 12, 1" Raymarine Multifunctional Display gS125, Radar 4kW 18" HD RD418HD, Raymarine Evolution Autopilot with gyrocompass and 2 pcs pilot control heads Raymarine p70, 4 universal displays Raymarine i70 for speed, depth and wind display, GPS RayStar 130, Ray260 VHF with DSC function (dual station), Navigation display duplicate on the saloon TV, Connection between navigation instruments and PC.
