This one-owner St. Francis 50 mk2 was custom built for her knowledgeable owners to provide speed, comfort and safety for extended voyaging. SEA JAY accomplished just that, having recently completed a 4-year circumnavigation of the globe mostly doublehanded. Now she is ready for her next owner and her next adventure.
St. Francis has a reputation in the global cruising community that is both well-earned and well-deserved. She holds a Category A CE rating, allowing owners to cross oceans with confidence. Accommodations
Maple Interior with semi-gloss finish and oak plank flooring. Four cabin/four head layout with air conditioning and reverse-cycle heat throughout (3-zone system).
Dimmable LED lighting throughout, with night lighting (blue) in salon, hulls, cockpit and bridgedeck.
The forward cabins (port and starboard) feature queen berths with Vitafoam mattresses, while the aft cabins are fitted with full-size berths. Standard bedding (queen or full) can be used for all mattresses.
Each cabin has a dedicated head with separate shower and Dometic heads that can utilize fresh or saltwater flush. The head in the starboard forward (owners) cabin is larger.
Additional light and ventilation via fixed hull windows (4 per side) and Gebo opening portlights in heads. All hatches fit with Oceanair sky screens (blackout/insect).
Many interior upgrades, spec’d during the original build, to enhance the finish and usability of the boat, including wood veneer or headliner on all walls/ceilings, additional storage and outlets.

Electrical System
The electrical system on Sea Jay was designed by and installed under the supervision of. Mastervolt. The objective was to create off-the-grid capability via solar charging and generator, plus the ability to plug into any dock around the globe via a 120v-240v auto isolation transformer and 50hz/60hz adaptability. Thanks to her robust Lithium bank and solar/alternator charging, the Onan generator has just 355 hrs.
