Description
...Dan Lenard and I have two examples of the old MC 30 model, which is an icon on the French Riviera. We designed the new MC 30 Offshore to be in step with the times, enhancing its unmistakable character of sporty luxury. It was like redesigning the old Porsche 911 into the new Carrera: an extremely difficult task, but one done with great passion!
Carlo Nuvolari
The Monte Carlo 30 has been designed and built in 1972 by legendary names in the yachting industry, quickly becoming an icon of Cote D’Azur. She was seen as an emblematic boat that embodied sport, elegance, luxury and adventure, with one of the most successful histories in the boat industry.
The rebirth of the MC 30 goes beyond simply restoring a classic motorboat: it is a work of love and a legacy of the original vessel that honours craftsmanship and innovation.
Every curve and contour of the new MC 30 is meticulously crafted to preserve the essence of the original while incorporating modern technological advancements and refined features. But the true beauty of the MC 30 lies in her performance. Equipped with state-of-the-art marine technology and engineering, this vessel delivers an exhilarating experience on the water. The deep V multi-step hull was a groundbreaking innovation in the field of high-speed boats, previously unknown on the market and only used by the MAS boats of the U.S. Navy. Patented worldwide, it was integrated into the Monte Carlo 30 and today remains a key feature, making the MC 30 inimitable. This application of steps creates small air surfaces on the hull, ensuring reduced friction with the water, making the planing process quick, efficient, and fast.
Her new Mercury MerCruiser 6.2L V8 gasoline engine represents a perfect balance between power, quietness, ease of maintenance, reduced fuel consumption, and high resistance to corrosion. The Mercury MerCruiser 6.2L, capable of exceeding 5,000 RPM, allows it to surpass the significant barrier of 54 knots.
MC 30 is immediately available, she can be inspected and tried in the South of France.
