Description
"Second Wind" is a Catalina 28 MK I. She is a fantastic racing/cruising boat for a couple or small family. "Second Wind" has many features of larger boats, yet is nimble and easy to maintain.
The cockpit is spacious and comfortable with a complete set of cockpit cushions, a folding teak table, and a beverage holder. With the autohelm and with all sheets and halyards all run aft to the cockpit, control is straightforward. The open transom and swim step make access to a dinghy or dock safe and convenient.
The main cabin is light and cozy with skylights and a center-line table. There is a separate aft cabin with a double berth and a comfortable V berth forward. The galley and head have hot and cold pressure water. The head is located on the port side at the foot of the companionway, equipped with standard marine toilet, sink, and shower capabilities.
